We attach great importance to your information security, will not collect and upload information that is not needed. This article will introduce you to the collecting, storing and sharing of information in SuperX Cleaner (hereinafter referred to as the "app"). If you have any questions or disagreement during reading, you can stop using this app, and contact us for consultation and feedback. If you continue to use this app, it means you consent to the privacy practices in the app.

1. Information We use or collect

Statistics: including device information (such as IMEI, system language), status of this App (such as installation, delete, version number), logs of operation in this App (such as open, exit, use the functions), which does not include any information that can identify your personal identity. And we will never match up your personal identity to information we collected.

Phone Boost: other app installed on your mobile phone, running in memory process, model, configuration, storage space, memory space, storage usage, RAM usage and other hardware information of your mobile phone.

Battery Saver: such as battery capacity, battery status, phone temperature, phone configuration (volume of sound, vibration etc.).

Security: used to scan all apps through the TrustLook library on the device and detect viruses, malware, risks. After TrustLook detects some files which contain viruses or malware then we will remove them on the device.

CPU Cooler: phone temperature, CPU frequency, RAM usage.

2. Use of information

Statistics: to optimize the user experience of the app. The use of information can help us understand the user's habits, can help us find out the deficiencies in the app, optimize the user experience. Statistics do not include any information about the identity of the user, we can only calculate the user's habits and we cannot match the result with your personal identity.

Phone Boost: used to release the memory occupied by useless process, show you the basic status of the phone hardware. Information comes from system interfaces, only for the realization of the boost up function.

Battery Saver: used to check your battery status, gives you suggestions about how to set your phone configuration when the battery capacity is low. Gives suggestions about how to set your phone depend on time.

CPU Cooler: used to decide if the phone needs a cooling down.

3. Information security

Uploaded information: Upload information: only the data statistics function will be collecting information and uploading to the server. The uploaded information does not include any personal information that can match you with the information. People who know your personal identity can't find your data entry directly from the stored data. Information is protected by access rights control and network equipment protection, and we make every effort to ensure the safety of your information. However, you need to understand that any security means cannot be 100% sure that the stored information will not be stolen.

Stored in your phone: some of the features will read some of your information to process and store, such as Battery Saver reads your phone configuration. These information is stored only in your phone and will not be uploaded to our server. Information through encryption and access control, but you need to know that any security means cannot be 100% sure that the stored information will not be stolen.

4. Information sharing

We cherish and value you allow us to collect information. In addition to providing some information to our trusted partners that are necessary in statistics, we will not provide the collected information to any third party or for any commercial purposes. However, in the case of legal or national security and other special circumstances, we may have to cooperate and provide the information we collected.

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
